In succinct workshops we develop a plan for how you will respond to incidents and indentify your responsibilities.  We then develop a Crisis Management Plan specifically tailored to your organisation. 
 The plan details how your business will manage and recover from an incident.

Once we have developed your Crisis Management Plan, it is important that we make sure that it is robust.  We do this by creating scenarios and facilitating a range of exercises (including desktop and field exercises) that are designed test your plan.

We also offer group and individual training, critical decision making workshops and executive mentoring to build your team’s capability.
